If you work with flash even if you are just starting out, you should really check out FlashDen.net. It’s one of my favorite flash resource sites. The offer really nice flash animation, website templates and audio. You can even sell your own stuff and make a little loot. There are four type of items available on the site: Adobe Flash files, Audio loops and effects, Video loops and Pixel fonts.
